Modestly cloistered away on Fitzroy Street, Non La proves that nothing is modest about the flavours cooked up in its kitchen. A well-patronised eatery in the Surry Hills backstreets, this Vietnamese restaurant is an intimate little gem just waiting to be found (and all of its contents wholeheartedly devoured). The dishes come from both northern and southern Vietnam, covering all manner of classics such as pho noodle soup with beef, wrap-your-own rice paper rolls and steamboat and claypot dishes.
