"Step back in time" and visit historic Rudd's Pub, the home of Dad and Dave. Rudd's Pub is situated in Nobby, 35km's from Toowoomba and only 2 hours from Brisbane. At Rudd's Pub we love our Grey Nomads! There is free camping for motor homes and caravans across the road. You can dine in the Heritage Lounge where folklore says that Steele Rudd sat while writing his famous Australian "Dad & Dave" stories. Immerse yourself in the wonderful photographic collection and memorabilia that adorns the walls (and the ceiling) and enjoy a delicious meal and a cold ale. Learn about the iconic Sister Elizabeth Kenny who pioneered the treatment of infantile paralysis, you can even visit her memorial.
