The traditional Southern China way to serve a variety of dumplings, steamed in a basket in groups of various numbers; best with a little soy, vinegar, or sesame oil from the sauce bar.
Soup dumplings are a smaller version of Beijing style. They have a firm meat filling and come in a light soup with a garnish of enoki mushroom and coriander. They are served this way all over china. The soup can be spiced up with a little soy or chilli from the sauce bar, or our Szechwan sauce or Guilin chilli. We also have a plain veggie soup alternative $2.50 and check if there is soup of the day
