The Lounge Room in Docklands Menu

The Lounge is a clean white room warmed by an open fireplace, with crisp white linen and large bay windows overlooking the beach. When you walk in the door of this place you immediately feel at home, and sitting down on the comfy couches just seals the deal. Head chef Darryl Hand makes a mod-Oz play on traditional comfort food. Seafood is always a hit here, with sophisticated combinations such as barramundi stuffed with calamari and served with a saffron and shellfish reduction. The wine list is extensive with over 150 varieties.
