This member of the Docklands family (younger sibling of nearby Liquid) epitomises the shiny modern flavour of Melbourne's newest restaurant hub. Steel, polished concrete and exposed beams are a nod to the area's industrial past, while timber and glowing lights soften the atmosphere enough for diners to sink into a totally relaxed state. Chef Sunny Gilbert has brought his skills over from Liquid, crafting a menu of contemporary meals. Bistro classics (think prawn cocktails or maybe an eye fillet with mash) sit alongside pastas and native Australian game dishes - try the crocodile burger for a truly Aussie dining experience.
