Either wrapped in lotus leaf or tofu skin, these are gluten free options and very popular China, particularly as breakfast or afternoon snack. We like them time of the day.
Cakes and slices vary daily depending on availability. Check the desert board for updates and special sweets or ask the staff. We usually have cheese and mud cake.
