  • Beijing style is firm meat filling, boiled, and usually served with sauces. You can also ask to have it served plain. We have a variety of house sauces, some commonly used on these dumplings in china. Add one of our in-house sauces or create your own.

  • Soup dumplings are a smaller version of Beijing style. They have a firm meat filling and come in a light soup with a garnish of enoki mushroom and coriander. They are served this way all over china. The soup can be spiced up with a little soy or chilli from the sauce bar, or our Szechwan sauce or Guilin chilli. We also have a plain veggie soup alternative $2.50 and check if there is soup of the day

  • Shumai (pronounced 'shoe-my') is a staple of Yum Cha. In the West they are better known as Dim Sim, but shumais are a smaller version, with firm mix of meat and vegetables in an open top pastry wrapper.
