Its approach is to reflect the true essence of a brasserie, the sort of place where everyone feels welcome and comfortable. The long space opens to the central court which allows natural light to filter and fill the room while providing a view to the other spaces and the floor. Post has created a menu that is inspired by classic bistro dining. The extensive menu draws from flavours from around the world, using the best of locally sourced produce. In addition, the Crustacea and Oyster Bar, burgeoning with the countries premier seafood, sits adjacent to the main dining room offering an alternative for lunch or dinner.
